Do you offer breed specific diets?Updated 2 months ago
While some marketing claims may suggest that dietary needs are breed specific, there have not been any unique essential nutrients identified that have been scientifically proven to be breed specific. If one looks at the ingredient lists for other brands that claim to be breed specific, they will likely find them nearly identical as all must meet the same nutritional levels established by AAFCO Dog or Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for all life stages, maintenance, growth, or gestation/lactation to be considered complete and balanced diets.
We offer a variety of blends and publish detailed nutrient profiles for each so that pet parents can choose the blend that best meets their pet’s needs. For help choosing the best blend for your pet, select the "What is the best blend for my pet?" prompt in our chat widget (highlighted in the screenshot below) and answer some questions about your pet so we can point you in the right direction.
