Why do you use potatoes in your blends?Updated a year ago

Whole potatoes with skin are rich in essential nutrients and eliminate the need for a variety of supplements. We use only highest quality whole potatoes, hand inspected, thoroughly baked, and flash cooled to convert starch into a resistant starch which is just as digestible but breaks down more slowly in the digestive tract, avoiding the glucose spike commonly associated with processed potatoes. We never use processed potato by-products, potato powders, potato starches, etc. - only fresh, whole, perfect potatoes properly baked and flash cooled.
