We always do our best to accommodate requests, but please know, in some cases, it may be too late to make changes.
If your order has shipped to the wrong address, we recommend utilizing FedEx Delivery Manager® to request to redirect your order. Please note, My Perfect Pet is not responsible for providing a replacement order or refund if redirecting an order results in additional transit time that affects the quality of the delivery.
