How do I track my order?Updated 3 months ago

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the tracking page on our carrier's website.

Please note, tracking information may not be immediately available after receiving your shipping confirmation email. It can take a few hours for the number to become active in our carrier's system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later. 

If it has been longer than anticipated based on the timeframes below, please let us know and we're happy to double check that your order is on track.

Standard Shipping*

  • Shipping Method: FedEx 2Day®
  • Processing Time: 1-2 days Monday through Wednesday until 12 PM CT
  • Transit Time: 2 business days
  • ETA: 2-6 business days

Overnight Shipping*

  • Shipping Method: FedEx Priority Overnight®
  • Processing Time: 1-2 days Monday through Thursday until 12 PM CT
  • Transit Time: 1 business day
  • ETA: 1-4 business days
