How do I update my subscription payment method to accommodate your new payment processor?Updated 5 hours ago

If you've received an email from us requesting that you update your payment method associated with your subscription to accommodate our new payment processor, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to manage your subscription by clicking here

2. Select "Manage Subscriptions" in the right sidebar

3. For every active subscription, select "Manage this subscription" beneath the product name

4. Beneath "Swap this for a different product", select "Cancel subscription"

5. After you've canceled all active subscriptions, select "Logout" in the right sidebar

6. Begin the process of resubscribing by clicking here

7. Find the blend you were previously subscribed to and select "Add"

8. Enter your dog or cat's weight to the right of "Enter Pet's Weight" to automatically determine the appropriate subscription frequency based on our general feeding guidelines or select the dropdown arrow to the right of "Frequency" to manually select from a list of options

9. Ensure the "Subscribe & Save" option is selected beneath "Frequency"

10. Select "Add to Cart

11. Enter the discount code provided in our email regarding our payment processor update

12. Proceed to checkout
